Sample

> The starting point is the merge of 3 QSO tables:

> m1450 was calculated using the Selsing et al. QSO template (XSHOOTER bright QSOs at z~2) matched to the y_PS1 mag (z>5.5) or z_PS1 (4.95<z<5.5)

> The first cuts are:

This bring to a sample of 55 QSOs of which 6 do not have PS1/SDSS magnitude (kept for completeness but too faint to be useful here) and 5 do not have precise coordinates (from the Feige Wang unpublished list).

The list of the QSOs is here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/lwicircujoz04fa/KECK_FINAL.txt?dl=0

The distribution of the QSOs in the z-m1450 plane is here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/axty0txsm2f62uj/red_mag.eps?dl=0

> After removing the targets not observable in Feb. and the ones without PS1/SDSS mag the final sample consists of 33 QSOs (6 already observed with HIRES accordingly to Joe's list and Christina double check):

Note that J1016p2541 and F154p25 are most probably the same target.

Also note that all the targets are at z<6.1

The 6 QSOs already observed with HIRES are:

> For the Feb run an additional magnitude limit is added:

and the QSO SDSS_J165354.61p405402.2 is removed because at z<5 and not perfectly visible at the moment.

This leave us with a sample of 7 bright QSOs at 5.16<z<5.67. Joe added two others to the list, as well as the small-zone one.
